RETURNS
We hope you love your jewellery but understand if you need to return something. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return items within 21 days of delivery. Include in the package your name, email address and order number.
We can only accept returns in the original, unused condition and in gift box/gift bag provided. For hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable unless faulty.
Returns are made at the buyers expense. We recommend using a trackable postal service and retaining the tracking details until the refund is issued.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the return we will let you know if it has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 days to the card originally used, minus any delivery costs. Your card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your bank account.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please follow the above returns policy. In addition, please ensure the customs form is marked as ‘returned goods, no commercial value’. We are unable to accept returns that carry a customs charge. If a package requiring signature/collection/customs fees is not collected by the recipient and as a result is 'returned to sender', we will issue a refund on receipt of the package, minus our actual postage costs.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
E-Gift Cards, gift wrapping, sale items and earrings are non refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item or your parcel arrives damaged, we will replace, fix or refund the item. Please contact us straight away by emailing: hello@augustajewellery.com
