Are earrings returnable?

Unless they are faulty, we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Do you ship orders outside of the UK?

Yes we ship worldwide.  Check out our delivery page for more information.

Can you send a gift receipt with my order?

All orders are sent with a gift receipt as standard.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes we do offer express delivery.  Check out or delivery page for more information.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes you can add gift wrapping to your order.  Tick the 'gift wrapping' option at checkout.  We can even add a gift message.

The jewellery I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

We try our best to keep lines fully stocked but items that are marked out of stock will usually become available within 3 weeks. Feel free to contact us if you want information about a particular item.

There is a problem with my order, how can I get in touch?

Do you sell any silver jewellery?

At present we specialise only in gold plated and vermeil (gold plated silver).

What is your jewellery made of?

Information about particular products can be found on each product page under 'materials'. If you are looking for a particular material or gemstone, its best to use the search icon at the top left of each page.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a wide range of payment methods including most major Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.

My discount code doesn't work, why not?
