Are earrings returnable?

Unless they are faulty, we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Do you ship outside of the UK

Can you send a gift receipt with my order?

All orders are sent with a gift receipt (no pricing information included) as standard.

Do you offfer express delivery?

Yes we do offer express delivery for UK orders only. Check out or delivery page for more information.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes you can add gift wrapping to your order. Tick the 'gift wrapping' option in the shopping cart. You can even add a gift message in the 'special instructions' box.

When will sold out items be available again?

At present we specialise only in gold plated and vermeil (gold plated silver).
